Incident Response And Resolution


The response time would be 2-3 working hours from the time of a breakdown has been notified. This is valid only for the customers who are in Colombo and suburbs (within 20Km from Colombo). The faults of the customers who are living over 20KM from Colombo also can be attended. In this case, the customer is requested to discuss with the service staff to get the faults attended based on the urgency of the requirement.


Faults Attendance


Faults will be attended Monday through Friday from 8.30am to 5.00pm and on Saturdays from 8.30am to 12.30pm. The maintenance work could be carried out even outside the working hours but would be charged at a higher rate than the standard where the prior approval should be taken from the company.
